Treatment method ontology

A term that may be associated with a process-related ontology term.

Treatment ontology IDtreatment_method_ontology.ontology (string) An ontology term identifier in the form prefix:accession. For example "EFO:0030037".Graph restriction: Subclasses of OBI:0000070 from obo:efo or obo:obi.

Treatment ontology labeltreatment_method_ontology.ontology_label (string) The preferred label for the ontology term referred to in the ontology field. This may differ from the user-supplied value in the text field. For example "T cell activation assay".

Treatment methodRequiredtreatment_method_ontology.text (string) The name of a treatment method or approach being used. For example "T cell activation assay".
