Enrichment ontology

A term that may be associated with a process-related ontology term.

Properties

Enrichment ontology IDenrichment_ontology.ontology (string) An ontology term identifier in the form prefix:accession. For example "EFO:0009108" or "EFO:0009110".Graph restriction: Subclasses of EFO:0009090 from obo:efo.

Enrichment ontology labelenrichment_ontology.ontology_label (string) The preferred label for the ontology term referred to in the ontology field. This may differ from the user-supplied value in the text field. For example "fluorescence-activated cell sorting" or "Ficoll-Hypaque method".

EnrichmentRequiredenrichment_ontology.text (string) The name of an enrichment approach being used. For example "fluorescence-activated cell sorting" or "Ficoll-Hypaque method".
