Information about an individual who submitted or contributed to a project.

Properties

Street addresscontact.address (string) Street address where the individual works. For example "0000 Main Street, Nowheretown, MA, 12091".

Corresponding contributorcontact.corresponding_contributor (boolean) Whether the individual is a primary point of contact for the project. For example "Should be one of: yes, or no.".

Countrycontact.country (string) Country where the individual works. For example "USA".

Email addresscontact.email (string) Email address for the individual. For example "dummy@email.com".

InstituteRequiredcontact.institution (string) Name of primary institute where the individual works. For example "EMBL-EBI" or "University of Washington".

Laboratory/Departmentcontact.laboratory (string) Name of lab or department within the institute where the individual works. For example "Division of Vaccine Discovery" or "Department of Biology".

Contact nameRequiredcontact.name (string) Name of individual who has contributed to the project. For example "John,D,Doe" or "Jane,,Smith".

ORCID IDcontact.orcid_id (string) The individual's ORCID ID linked to previous work. For example "0000-1111-2222-3333".

Phone numbercontact.phone (string) Phone number of the individual or their lab. For example "(+1) 234-555-6789".

Contributor role ontology IDcontact.project_role.ontology (string from contributor_role_ontology) An ontology term identifier in the form prefix:accession. For example "EFO:0009736" or "EFO:0009741".Graph restriction: Subclasses of BFO:0000023 from obo:efo.

Contributor role ontology labelcontact.project_role.ontology_label (string from contributor_role_ontology) The preferred label for the ontology term referred to in the ontology field. This may differ from the user-supplied value in the text field. For example "principal investigator" or "experimental scientist".
