Information about a process completed in the experiment.

Properties

Deviation from protocolprocess.deviation_from_protocol (string) A deviation from the protocol provided. For example "Skipped ACK lysis step" or "Used 100um filter instead of 40um filter".

End timeprocess.end_time (string) Date and time the process ended. For example "2019-01-16T12:00:00Z" or "2019/01/16".

Length of timeprocess.length_of_time (string) Length of time the process took to execute in Length of time unit. For example "10" or "55-60".

Start timeprocess.start_time (string) Date and time the process started. For example "2019-01-16T12:00:00Z" or "2019/01/16".

INSDC experiment accessionRequiredprocess.insdc_experiment.insdc_experiment_accession (string from insdc_experiment) An International Nucleotide Sequence Database Collaboration (INSDC) experiment accession. For example "SRX0000000".

Time unit ontology IDprocess.length_of_time_unit.ontology (string from time_unit_ontology) An ontology term identifier in the form prefix:accession. For example "UO:0000010" or "UO:0000034".Graph restriction: Subclasses of UO:0000003, UO:0000149 from obo:efo or obo:uo.

Time unit ontology labelprocess.length_of_time_unit.ontology_label (string from time_unit_ontology) The preferred label for the ontology term referred to in the ontology field. This may differ from the user-supplied value in the text field. For example "second" or "week".
