Single Cell RNA Sequencing of Human Milk-Derived Cells Reveals Sub-Populations of Mammary Epithelial Cells with Molecular Signatures of Progenitor and Mature States: a Novel, Non-invasive Framework for Investigating Human Lactation Physiology
Updated January 23, 2023Milk derived live mammary epithelial cells were characterized by single cell RNA sequencing. Overall design: Cells were pelleted from mid-feed milk samples prior to cryopreservation and subsequent analysis by single cell RNA sequencing.
